Technical / Industrialization Manager (M/F)

FERONYL is looking for a 

TECHNICAL / INDUSTRIALIZATION MANAGER (M/F) 

You will join the FERONYL family as Technical & Industrialization Manager, integrating technical product engineering in our industrial facilities. You will be the driver of continuous improvement, but also the expert in plastics processes.

Profile: 

• Engineering degree +5 or equivalent experience
  
• At least 3 years' experience in the plastics industry
  
• First experience in Lean & 5S in industry
  
• Ideally, you have some initial management experience
  
• Knowledge of methods or production in the plastics industry and continuous improvement
  
• Knowledge of ABB and/or 6-axis robot languages or equivalent experience
  
• Openness and technical curiosity
  
• Ability to make proposals, be a driving force and play an active role 
  
• Pedagogical profile; ability to pass on your knowledge
  
• Ability to communicate, lead and persuade
  

Mission: 

• Diagnose and solve technical problems in the workshop 
• Day-to-day assistance and training for setters and team leaders in all technical matters
• Manage and optimize changes (parameters, presses, processes)
• Ensure compliance with tooling status (industrialization in collaboration with the engineering department)
• Validation of tooling interventions (cause, solution, cost, validation)
• Improved costing & quotations based on actual workshop costs
• Management and optimization of engineering on the production floor (automation, robotization, methods, etc.)
• Assistance to the Quality Department for any customer feedback on a quality problem due to process drift
• Process audit 
• Robot control 
• Drafting & validation of production data during the manufacturing process (ODP feedback to the office)
• Management of the industrialization phase for new and existing tooling
• Management and implementation of workshop standards
• Implementation of tools to measure & optimize the profitability of injection costs 
• Machine data management (extraction, analysis)
