Grimonprez Transmission Gears, a leading manufacturer of gears and transmission components in small to medium-sized production runs.
In order to continue optimising our production process, we are looking for a :

Service Technician (M/F)

Profile :

You have A level or BTEC National Diploma & Advanced (mechanical, electronic, or electrotechnical engineering), : BTS mechanical and industrial automation, BTEC Higher National Diploma ( industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, industrial engineering and maintenance, electrical and computer engineering, etc...)
You have a first experience of at least 5 years in an industrial environment, ideally in the mechanical sector
You have good knowledge of automation, mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, industrial, pneumatics...
You master industrial computing and CMMS (computer-aided maintenance management)
You have the ability to reason methodically and to detect an abnormal situation
You like working in a team
You have good knowledge of ERP
You are recognized for your adaptability and transversal management skills
You have project management skills

Job description :

Regularly inspect, monitor, and maintain equipment
Identify the source of a malfunction, establish a diagnosis, and analyze costs
Intervene in case of a breakdown or coordinate the teams
Propose solutions to optimize equipment safety and performance
Advise and train users on the equipment
Procure and manage maintenance equipment, machine consumables, and spare parts
Manage the automation of our production tools
Monitor the performance of suppliers and subcontractors
Handle the relocation, reception, and installation of machines
