Grimonprez Transmission Gears, a leading manufacturer of gears and transmission components in small to medium-sized production runs.
We are looking for a :
QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN (M/F)
Your role will be to
- Perform incoming product inspections
- Manage inspection and measurement tools: acquisition, qualification, calibration, internal and external periodic verifications, resource analysis, and user training
- Monitor and compile qualification files, and inspect products during the manufacturing stages of new or modified items
- Perform necessary quality checks to ensure smooth daily production
- Improve procedures and work instructions related to quality activities
- Analyze control data (measurements, records, indicators, etc.)
- Identify non-conformities and deviations; implement preventive or corrective actions
- Prepare conformity, traceability, and quality monitoring documentation
- Provide technical support to machine operators
Your profile
- Training in machining technology (or equivalent)
- Training in metrology (or equivalent)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the mechanical sector
- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies, quality assurance, and audit techniques
- Proficient in Computer-Aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) tools
- Strong knowledge of English
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities
