Based in Mouscron, TECNOLON WORKS is looking for:
Production Manager (M/F)
Profile:
- Production engineer or proven experience in a similar position
- Technical acumen and ability to read mechanical drawings
- Fluency in French, knowledge of Dutch/English an asset
- Ability to manage priorities in a changing environment
- Excellent managerial skills
- Interest and curiosity in the production and design of technical parts
- Self-motivated, Autonomous, Organized
- Living in or around the Mouscron area
Function:
- Develop, plan, organize, cost and supervise all product manufacturing activities
- Optimize planning processes and production tools
- Order book management; Production of bills of materials
- Supervise and support a team of +/- 10 technicians
- Ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative production targets, KPI monitoring
- Improve the production process to increase productivity and guarantee compliance
- Manage logistics organization
