Maintenance & Automation Manager (M/F)

Grimonprez Transmission Gears, a leading manufacturer of gears and transmission components in small to medium-sized production runs.
In order to continue optimising our production process, we are looking for a :

MAINTENANCE & AUTOMATION MANAGER (M/F)

Profile :

• You have a school-leaving certificate (Bac): Bac Pro maintenance des équipements industriels (MEI) or technicien aérostructure, Bac techno STI génie mécanique, électronique, ou électrotechnique.
  
• Or you have a 2-year higher education qualification: BTS in industrial mechanics and automation, BTS in industrial maintenance, BTS in electrical engineering, DUT in industrial engineering and maintenance, DUT in electrical engineering and IT, etc. 
  
• You have trained as a maintenance technician or industrial maintenance electromechanic.
  
• You have at least 5 years' initial experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the mechanical engineering sector    
  
• You have a good knowledge of automation, mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, pneumatics, etc. 
  
• You have a good command of industrial IT and CMMS (computer-aided maintenance management)        
  
• You have the ability to think methodically and detect abnormal situations        
  
• You enjoy working in a team    
  
• You have a good command of ERP systems    
  
• You are recognised for your adaptability and cross-functional management skills     
  
• You have project management skills

Job description :

• Checking, monitoring and maintaining equipment on a regular basis (preventive maintenance)
  
• Detect the cause of a breakdown, establish a diagnosis, analyse the costs (corrective maintenance)
  
• Respond to breakdowns or coordinate teams
  
• Propose solutions to optimise equipment safety and performance (monitoring)
  
• Advise and train equipment users
  
• Purchasing and managing maintenance equipment, machine consumables and spare parts
  
• Monitor the work of suppliers and subcontractors
  
• Managing the automation of our production tools
  
• Moving, receiving and setting up machines
  
• Periodic checks (lifting, etc.)
