Grimonprez Transmission Gears, a leading manufacturer of gears and transmission components in small to medium-sized production runs.
In order to continue optimising our production process, we are looking for a :
INDUSTRIALISATION ENGINEER (M/F)
Your role
- You will be responsible for industrialising customer orders and optimising the production process
- Together with the production manager, you will draw up a detailed production plan and ensure that it is implemented in compliance with our quality charter.
- You determine and prepare the appropriate procedures, methods and tools for each production run
- You will support the technical side of workshop launches
- You will analyse invitations to tender, discuss the best technical application based on the customer's requirements, calculate an optimum price and provide technical support to the customer.
Your profile
- Technical or engineering training. Or equivalent through experience
- Above all, you are passionate about technology and mechanics
- In addition to French, you have a good knowledge of Dutch and/or English
- You have an analytical mind and are focused on finding solutions
- You work independently and are communicative
