For our newest facility in advanced materials, we’re looking for:
HEAT TREATMENT TECHNICIAN (M/F)
You’ll join the FERONYL family as specialist in heat treatment, to develop the most advanced ceramic and metallic powder materials in the broad sense of composites. You’ll operate the newest equipment’s to manufacture next - generations composites within powder injection molding, additive manufacturing or any relevant process. Your expertise in heat treatment will be held in a state-of-the-art environment with the most advanced equipment.
Profile:
- Engineer/Technician with relevant expertise in thermal treatments under vacuum / pressure
- Knowledge of powder materials as metals and ceramics
- Fluent English, French and/or Dutch
Mission:
- Leading operations of heat treatment installations for metallic powders (Titanium, Stainless Steel, Inconel, …) and ceramics
- Maintain the equipment in the best conditions to enhance properties of the advanced aerospace and defense applications
- Use 100% traceability on EN9100 components
- Join the operations/maintenance team under the supervision of the Plant Manager
- You’ll need to make the link between obtained characteristics and the furnace process conditions
- Leading the sintering/heat treatment activities with a “CAN DO” mindset
