Based in Mouscron, TECNOLON WORKS is looking for a
Fitter / Mold Maker (M/F)
Profile:
- You have a background in mechanics: BAC; BAC Pro; BTS; A2; technical CESS/BEP
- Or at least 5 years of experience as a fitter
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Excellent knowledge of plastic injection tooling
- You master measuring and inspection equipment
- Autonomous, stress-resistant
- Available for day shift – flexible
Function:
- Define the assembly and fitting phases of injection molds
- Carry out adjustments, finishing, polishing and assemble assemblies, sub-assemblies and injection molds
- Ensure inspection and monitor wear of injection tooling
- Propose error-proofing solutions
- Carry out fine-tuning (adjustments, readjustments, modifications)
- Ensure and verify preventive and corrective maintenance of our tooling fleet
- Knowledge of TIG welding is a plus
- Carry out trials on the manufactured tool
