Confirmed Operator Setter (M/F)
You will set up production equipment and digital machines until the desired product is obtained. You will ensure that the machines are working properly, adjust parameters according to the product being manufactured, and work according to safety rules and production requirements (quality, lead times, etc.).
Profile:
- CAP/BEP to Bac professionnel diploma in mechanics, production engineering, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance.
- Professional experience in production engineering, operating production equipment or in an industrial environment, ideally in the mechanical sector
- Knowledge of machining techniques
- Reading and interpretation of industrial plans and drawings
- Knowledge of programming languages (numerical control)
- Use of CAD/CAM software
- Proficiency in measuring and control equipment
- Notions of programming on numerically-controlled machines
- Rigor, concentration, analytical skills and autonomy
- Ability to comply with production objectives
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
Function:
- Enter programming data or manually set parameters (speed, feed, stop, etc.)
- Monitor production, identify deviations (non-conformity, flow, etc.) and adjust settings.
- Perform first-level preventive/curative maintenance on equipment
- Assemble or disassemble the appropriate tooling on each machine and carry out set-up.
- Start production of a series of parts and carry out tests and trials
- Carry out frequent checks according to instructions to prevent problems
- Perform material-removal machining operations (milling, turning, boring, etc.)
- Supply workstation with raw materials and check batch numbers
- Load programs, assemble tools from data sheets and correct dimensions
- Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with productivity, safety and quality standards
- Monitor machining progress, detect and report anomalies
- Complete production documents
- Perform first-level preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
