FERONYL is looking for a
CNC Turner / Setter Operator (M/F)
Your missions will be to work on CNC lathes, program, read plans, start production and check your achievements.
Profile:
- You have a mechanical training: BAC, BAC Pro Machining Technician, BEP, CESS Technical or equivalent experience
- You have experience as a CNC turner
- You are able to read a mechanical drawing
- You know control tools
- You are able to program a machine
- You want to be part of a growing company that offers interesting working conditions.
Function:
- Preparing the work area and the equipment necessary for the production of parts using CNC machines
- Setting up the equipment & adjusting the turning parameters
- Machining parts in accordance with the plan
- Working on numerically controlled machines: Mazatrol
- Carrying out quality control of machined parts using measuring tools
- Carrying out first level maintenance
- Working closely with the production manager to ensure that quality standards are met
