Created in 1969, the family company DEDECKER PRECISION MECHANICS - DPM is specialized in :
- Bar turning of metal bars with diameters : < 16, < 25, 32 and 65 mm
- Machining of high precision technical parts
- CNC milling via numerical control machines
- Automatic turning of metals and plastics
- Grinding of precision parts
In a dynamic of evolution and in order to answer at best your needs, we propose you the following processes of super finishing:
- Deburring
- Honing
- Surface treatments, such as manganese phosphating or zinc phosphating
- Thermal treatments such as induction hardening (in-line or between-points), tempering, carburizing, carbonitriding and nitriding
- Specific treatments such as QPQ (Quench-Polish-Quench)
Our constantly developing production facilities enable us to meet all your precision turning and bar turning requirements for the manufacture of your parts, in small, medium and large series.
